You just have to make your way through this boss fight arena without being killed by the small enemies (or the bigger ones) and then jump down on the wyvern's head. The only really difficult passage might be the big guy with his axe attached to a chain. You obviously don't have to kill all the snake-like enemies, but in this video, I did.
