This is my victory against Umi-bozu in the main mission "The Ocean Roars Again". You can light three bonfires in the level. For each one you've lit in the level, there's one fire burning during this boss fight. There, you can buff your weapon so it will inflict fire damage which is incredibly effective against this boss (and his smaller minions). I highly recommend lighting all three bonfires, as it makes the fight considerably easier. Also, it unlocks the trophy "Keeper of the Flame" for lighting all three evil-warding bonfires in Itsukushima.
